Paul werd geboren in 1936 en woont in Hasselt. Sinds de jaren '60 doet hij aan schilderen en beeldhouwen en was ook medestichter van kunstgroep Sakoura. Hij had altijd veel belangstelling voor nationale en internationale kunstexposities zoals Kassel en Venetië. Omdat hij destijds veel contact had met fotografen in Brussel, begon Paul ook fotografie en donkere kamer. Na zijn diaperiode heeft hij nu in het digitale tijdperk heel veel mogelijkheden en ook tijd om het goed fragment bij gunstige lichtinval vast te leggen.

Paul was born in 1936 and is living in Hasselt. He's practicing painting and sculpture since the 60's and he was also one of the founders of art group "Sakoura". He has always strongly been interested in national and international art expositions such as Kassel or Venice. Due to the many contacts with photographers in Brussels at that time, Paul also started with photography and dark room. After his period of slides, he enjoys now all possibilities in the digital era to capture the right fragments with the right daylight conditions.
